Yup, you got it.  We’re gonna sweat.  

Movement is the foundation for a healthy body and a healthy brain.  We begin each day with a movement class which will vary in intensity and focus to balance out the rest of the day’s activities. Stretching in the Italian sunset will cap most evenings. We even offer a few optional energizers for less active days.

The Amalfi coast offers crystal seas, magnificent vistas and historical sites stretching back to the Roman era. We’ll hike through lush valleys, orchards, and the unparalleled Path of the Gods. History comes to life as we explore medieval villages, the villas of Ravello and majestic Cathedrals. A private boat tour will showcase the breathtaking island of Capri, with time to roam and discover the delights in the town.

Because… Italy. Food, wine, gelato–need we say more? Famous for ceramics, handmade linen, paper and, of course, lemon everything. Menus will feature fresh local specialties including: Buffalo Mozzarella, San Marzano and Piennolo Tomatoes, Artichokes, Zucchini, Finocchio, Artisan breads and more. And what Italian adventure doesn’t have wine?!
