This is the place to do it. We promise you will have as much (or as little) company as you like. Your hosts and guides are here to make sure you feel welcome and included in all of our fun.
Pickpocketing is an issue so please keep personal items close and wallets in inside pockets. Other than that, there is very little street crime in this area. Be sensible, wear sunscreen, and moderate your limoncello intake.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip.
We will attempt to honor specific dietary requests if notified in advance. However, guests must be responsible for their own limitations. Options may be limited in certain cases. It’s Italy, so fresh vegetables are bountiful, gluten-free and vegan options are not.
Eat Pizza. Drink wine. Say “Grazie” [Gra-ts-ea-e /ˈgrattsje/]
We highly recommend you purchase your own travel insurance.

Don’t worry! We’ve provided a suggested list on our Packing + Travel page.
Transfers and refunds
You will be allowed a one-time transfer of your FitCation dates for another scheduled trip. You will be responsible for any price difference as well as a $200 transfer fee.

How much Dough should I bring?
FitCation will provide daily breakfast, 5 lunches and two dinners. We will provide a list of our favorite dinner places nearby, or discover your own. It’s not hard to find amazing food in Southern Italy. We will also visit a local grocery store so you can stock up on your favorite snacks. Remember that you’ll want to save a little for souvenirs: handmade linen, paper, ceramics, limoncello and other goodies.
