  • 10:00 Hike/Stairs to Ravello

  • 12:00 Lunch

  • 1:30 Walking tour of Ravello

  • 6:30 Class sunset stretch

  • 8:30 Dinner

Day 2: High Activity

  • 7:30 Breakfast

  • 8:15 Depart for Path of the Gods

  • 1:00 Lunch & return to town

  • Afternoon free time to explore or walking tour of venue location (Positano/Amalfi/Atrani)

  • 6:30 Class sunset stretch

  • 8:30 Dinner

Day 3: Light Activity

  • 8:00 Class Lengthen & Strengthen

  • 8:45 Breakfast

  • 10:00 Depart for private boat tour of Capri with swimming, snorkeling, hike, lunch and free time

  • 5:00 optional Stairs to Nocelle

  • No evening class

  • 8:30 Dinner

Day 4: High Activity

  • 8:00 Class Core Circuit

  • 8:45 Breakfast

  • 10:00 Depart for Valley of the Mills (lunch included)

  • Afternoon free time

  • 6:30 Class Flow and Easy

  • 8:30 Dinner

Day 5: Moderate Activity

  • 8:00 Class Core Circuit

  • 8:45 Breakfast

  • Morning free

  • 1:30 Class 50/50 Interval stretch

  • 3:00 Cooking lesson at a traditional trattoria (dinner included)

  • Evening free

Day 6: Light Activity

  • 8:00 Class Lengthen & Strengthen

  • 8:45 Breakfast

  • 10:00 Depart for boat trip to private beach with gourmet luncheon

  • 5:00 optional Stairs to Nocelle

  • Evening free

Day 7: Departure
